Management
Supal Shah
CEO
Supal is an accomplished Strategic Management professional with 23 years of distinguished experience in shipping & logistics, with core strengths IT/ process, finance/accounts, strategy, global business development, container trading/ leasing and overall business management.
At present, Supal is heading ARCON which is a digital start-up reimagining the space of container logistics. He has been the driving force behind the creation of ARCON which is solving few of the biggest pain areas of various stakeholders by developing a unique business proposition of One-Way container movement and container trading with its phygital approach that will reduce the overall container related logistics cost.
Supal holds an MBA from the University of Queensland, Brisbane and a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is also an active member of the Rotary Club since 2016.
A passionate professional with exceptional work ethics and a commitment to organizational objectives, Supal is an inspirational leader, team builder and strategic planner with the ability to hire, train and motivate top performers.
